UT Gardens Maternity Session | Nasri Family

I recently met the Nasri family for their maternity session at UT Gardens, and we spent the evening walking through some of my favorite spots there. It was my first time photographing them, which always makes me curious to hear their story and what they’re most looking forward to as they prepare to welcome their first baby boy. As we moved between locations, we talked about all the things that come with expecting a first child – baby names, nursery prep, and in this case – how awesome being a boymom is!

Photographing couples during this season is about more than just capturing “bump photos.” It’s about noticing the way they interact, the small gestures, the pauses in between. At UT Gardens, there’s always a variety of backgrounds to work with—open paths, greenery, and soft light filtering through the trees—which gave us plenty of opportunities to create a mix of classic portraits and candid images.

Enjoy this peek into the Nasri family’s maternity session!
